We stand behind every product we make. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund it — no questions asked.

Warranty periods

  • Beds (foam core): 5-year warranty
  • Beds (cover): 2-year warranty
  • Leashes & collars (leather): Lifetime repair program
  • Toys: 1-year chew guarantee (chew-rated toys only)
  • Feeding: 1-year warranty against chips and cracks
  • Wellness: 30-day satisfaction guarantee
  • All other products: 1–2 year warranty (see product page)

How to file a warranty claim

Email warranty@pawhaven.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We will respond within 1 business day with next steps.

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or accidents, and cosmetic changes from natural aging (like leather patina) are not covered. But if you are ever unhappy, contact us — we will always try to make it right.
